To clean your Westinghouse Airfryer, first unplug it and let it cool completely. Then, remove the basket, tray, and drip-tray. Wash the basket and tray with warm, soapy water. Wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. If there is any food stuck to the heating element, use a soft brush to remove it. Dry everything thoroughly with a clean cloth. The drip-tray can be washed in the dishwasher.
To air fry potatoes, start by preheating your air fryer. Toss the potato wedges or slices with a little oil, salt, and desired seasonings. Then, place them in a single layer in the air fryer tray and cook at around 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they turn golden and crispy.
