Rated 1 out of 5 by Peter from They don't tell you this on the specifications. It is not recommended for installation in vinyl coated cabinets. It may have a nice cool door but it blows a considerable amount of very hot air into the kitchen. So don't use it if you don't like a hot working environment. In other words not suitable for hot climates like WA.

I have been a long time supporter of Westinghouse products and this has been very disappointing. I ordered this one because I wanted the pyro feature and the telescopic arms. Pyro is OK. Telescopic arms terrible. Firstly, unlike the AEG which come with the arms installed when you get the oven and run ever so smoothly, in this oven, they are an accessory and dispatched separately. Twice i received 6 arms all for the same side. And the running motion is terrible. Ive had the technician out here and he has told me is the racks - the ones westinghouse provided. The trays don't suit the rails either. By the time you have bought the telescopic arms, the right trays and the right racks, you may as well have bought the AEG, which is a far superior product overall and offers great after sales service. Every time I use this oven I get annoyed with how poorly everything fits together, how its a battle to get the trays in, how the sloppiness of the side rails been they often have to be snapped back in. After 20 years of buying westinghouse, is very disappointing. I really regret buying this oven.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Rodger from After comparing the ease of use and the microwave efficiency with a number of in store demonstration units I found the Westinghouse by far the better option. It's still early days but so far I'm very pleased with my purchase. However, the 'How to Use' manual is very basic and relies on a lot of guesswork. I'm waiting for a reply from WH Customer Support as to whether these are available. It would certainly make use easier.

Find it far better and quicker with actual knobs for changing temperature etc. It is too easy when in a rush to set digital incorrectly. And like so many things why do we need so many ways to use an oven.
