Cooktops: Visible Product damage or stain
- Benchtop (around cooktop) getting too hot or beginning to discolour
Pot may be over hanging cooktop. Ensure pot or pan is centrally located on burner and that pot size is not too large so that it overhangs burner.
Pot is too large. Use a smaller pot. - Brown, flaky varnish-like residue on inside of oven
Use of polyunsaturated oil. Use olive oil. Wrap meats in foil or use an oven roasting bag.

Cooktops: Problem with operation
- Burner flame too high
Incorrect injector fitted. Refer to the installer to have problem rectified.
Gas pressure to appliance too high. Refer to the installer to have problem rectified.
